I placed a 69.00 order for 3 items and after a month had gone by l received a package from them which contained 3 paint by number paint kits all of which l did not order. I immediately contacted them and was ask to send pictures of what l received. After they reviewed the pictures they assured me my original order was on the way.that was over 2 weeks ago and nothing. Let me also state the wrong items they sent were very poor quality especially the canvases each on was poorly wrapped and stapled in a unacceptable manner. Just today l contacted them regarding my order. I would never again order from this company.

On nov 7th I ordered two paintings from meet monet. Irt was quit some time I hadn’t received my order. I sent them an email inquiring about my order. They sent me an email saying I had given an incorrect mailing address and my product could not be delivered and told me to contact the postal service. I later received an email yesterday Jan 10th saying if I didn’t contact them within 3 days they would destroy my product and no refund would be issued. I contacted them and told them I wanted a full refund.
