Call to consumer stating they are going out of stock of gloves that we previously ordered. Claim to want to send a box of gloves for free. Consumer gives address and a fake invoice is sent for 500.00! When Medtech is called Mike Brown replays the messages but leaves part of the conversations out. States my DON is a liar. When he is called out on his fraudulent practice he continuously calls and harasses the staff yelling and saying he will call and call until the bill is paid!

THE SCAMMER CALLED OUR FACILITLY CLAIMING THEY WERE GONNA SEND US FREE STUFF. THEY SENT US THE STUFF BUT ALSO SENT AN INVOICE WITH A DOLLAR AMOUNT SAYING WE OWE FOR THE PRODUCT. THEY STATE THEY HAVE US ON RECORDINGS THAT WE AGREED. BUT WHAT WE AGREED TO WAS RECEIVING A FREE BOX.

We received a box of gloves (ems supplies) from MedTech at our station. No one could figure out where they came from. No one said they ordered them. (We have one person that does the ordering of EMS supplies...he said it wasn't him.) He planned on shipping them back. Immediately received an invoice and then a call about paying the invoice. I told them that we did not order the gloves and would be shipping them back. That's fine, he says, but we do have the recording of the person agreeing to the gloves. Ok...I'd love to hear it! After about 5 or so minutes they play the recording. It's supposed to be the gentleman that orders our supplies agreeing to take the gloves. They have his name but it is NOT him!! They even verify the billing address and the person on the recording verifies it but it's wrong! Such a load of bull! Truly a scam and I'm not happy that the volunteer fire department had to pay to ship back gloves we never ordered!!

These guys call up tell the staff of the company telling they are sending to them free of charge gloves to try them and see if they would like to later purchase from their company. They then send an invoice billing for what they claimed was supposed to be free. They do not take returns after 30 days along with the fact their is no written proof of delivery.

Fraudulent invoices have been sent from this business with regards to medical accessories never provided by the entity. Moreover, the "business" has no physical location save for PO boxes leased from Fed Ex and UPS Stores in the Houston area.
