The caller (a foreign woman) said “we have records that say you’ve had experience with pain in your neck, back, and shoulders. Is this correct?” I cut her off after that since they were calling for my deceased father. I asked her again who she said she was working for, and she said the “Medicare Pain Department”. She said she’d update his information and then hung up.

Foreign Male states that he is calling from Medicare Pain Department. Has called sever as l times. I advised him Medicare doesn't have a "pain dept" he reassured me that they do. He was wanting information as to type of injury starting they could provide me with a knee or back brace free of charge. I stated that Medicare DOES NOT call and solicit products. He kept insisting he was from Medicare, I told him he was a scam artist, to stop calling and hung up on him.
