Received repeated unsolicited calls from individuals who claim to be from "Medicare." Wanting to assist me in finding a supplement policy. I have yet to turn 65, and am currently still on my employer group insurance. When I challenged them and stated Medicare does not contact individuals about Medicare Supplement Insurance, they repeatedly said no we are from the Medicare helpline. We want to help you with your medicare needs. They pass themselves off as a Medicare official, when in fact they are wanting to sell you an policy to supplement a standard medicare policy or encourage you to go to a Medicare Advantage Plan which would be completely useless in the small community I live in.

10+ phone calls every day. When I tell them I'm not the person they're trying to contact they hang up on me. I call back, they hang up again. Constantly
