Caller said that he was from Medicare Health Plan and wanted to speak with me (had my last name). There was background noise indicating a large room with other activity. When I asked for his phone number to call him back he was hesitant and then gave me my phone number and when I corrected him then gave me a number that differed from mine by 2 digits and identified himself as "Sedr".
