I asked the person who the were on the phone and who they worked for. They would not tell me. They just repeated "is there anyone in your home who would qaulify for a medicare funded back brace." I again asked for more information, I asked if they were calling to fill an order from a doctor for this specific individual. The person on the phone would only say that they needed medicare and social security information to verify if I qaulify. They asked who I was and what my name was. I responded that I was the administrator of a facility and we did not need any back braces. They then hung up.
