A lady her was Sam Michaels ID: M57913. She called stating that she wanted information to update my Medicare card. She used my friends name. She was from Medicare. She asked me for my name, address, physician information and their location and my diagnosis. I spoke to three different people and they asked the same questions that she did. I feel like she does not work for Medicare. I called my friend and her telephone number is not a working number.
