My wife received Medicare Summary Notice. Five separate charges between February 23 and November 27, 2022 for “200 intermittent urinary catheter Ruth insertion supplies (A4353-KX)” ordered by Deidre A Andrews. Medicare paid $14,582.40. She may be billed $3720. This is fraudulent. My wife does not use catheters, nor do we know Deidre A Andrews. This is clearly a scam.
