The claim is that on August 20, Sept. 22 and October 22, Nov. 24, and Dec. 24, 2025, Flexcare provided "intermittent urinary catheter." I did not need or have this service.
Medicare was charged $12,150, approved $11,430. and paid $8,961., and shouldn't have been. There is a listing for the maximum I may be billed (2,286.00). All of this is false.
I never asked for or received any catheters. They never returned my calls when I tried to get in touch with them after I received my Medicare Summary Notice detailing the transactions.
Medicare did not approve any of the transactions.
What I'm concerned about is that they were able to obtain my Medicare number without my knowledge in order to file this fraudulent claim with Medicare..
