I received 2 calls from a supposed representative of Medicare. They offered me a free back brace if over 65 and not receiving a previous brace for over 5 years. They new my name, address and phone number, plus my age. I was suspicious as the couldn't pronounce San Jose, but they convinced me to give them my SS# on my medicare card. It was a dumb move, as I am fairly certain it was a scam. Both individuals I talked to sounded like they were from India.
