This company is located in the Columbus area. (There is a legitimate Doctor's Group by this name). They called my to tell me that my doctor wanted them to prescribe a prescription for their pain meds. They had my name, phone number, last four of my social and insurance info. I asked them which Dr. asked for the prescription - she said well your pain management doctor. I do NOT have a pain management doctor. She then told my to contact my PCP and have her fill it out - BUT I was NOT to tell my PCP that they were asking for the prescription. Please make them stop calling (yes my # is on DONOT call). They are going to dupe seniors and less knowledgeable people out of money. Report them to the State Attorney General and get this company shut down and perpetrator prosecuted. They are all over the country and are on the Rip-Off Reports.

The company wants you to get your doctor to send in a prescription. Their number is 614-421-7072.
