Many people including myself have purchased from this fake company but have received no products.

Pretty sure this company doesn't even exist. I have found many people online that have purchased from this company and never received any products. The phone number they list on their website isn't a real phone number. I got suckered. Please don't let these people get away with this.

On 2/28/2020, I ordered one box (20each) of product N95 face masks. I have sent numerous emails requesting my masks. I have not received my masks.

Order#+********, 1 box (20 each box) professional medical carbon face mask ordered and invoiced on 2/28/2020, Total cost: $39.95, from medical-secure.com company online - to ship to ****** *******, **** ******** **., apt ***, *******,**. ******. The emailed tracking number ************. I sent emails to Rene M. asking status, shipping/tracking information and expected day of delivery. I received emails the same as the copy I'm submitting -

I have emailed them 3/2, 3/10, 3/12, 3/13, 3/15, 3/20 (all in year 2020). They keep sending same email like the response to mine above *3/5/20

I could not find a contact phone number so I could speak to a person. I emailed 3/20/2020. Requesting a refund but have not heard from them. I strongly believe this company may be running a scam.

You assistance in helping me get my money back will be greatly appreciated.

I purchased n95 anti viral masks from this site and paid $89.90 for two packs of 10 masks for total of 20 masks on 3/9 and never got them.

I purchased two packs of n95 antiviral masks in black color,with each pack containing 10 masks each order number *******on 3/9 for $89.90 and did receive a confirmation text at 6am 3/9 that it was shipped. I still haven't received the package.

Ordered In-stock N95 virus masks on 3/7/20. Now 3/14 and no shipment or word from Rene Major as to where my masks are. Requested refund.

I ordered in-stock N95 virus masks from this company on 3/7/20 and received confirmation via email same day. Website notes to give them 48 hours for processing. No tracking information was ever provided. Emailed website on 3/12 stating either provide my tracking info as evidence that you actually sent my masks or refund my Visa card ending in 1261. Received an auto reply from Rene M indicating he would get back to me within 48-72 hours. I am requesting a full refund of $79.95 immediately.

I saw the online Advert on FB/Instagram, when i did the online purchase, there was an instant confirmation sms text of the purchase. Four days later, there was another sms text that indicated the tracking number. In view of the urgency of getting the mask, i tried to trace the shipment via the tracking number given, for almost two weeks, there was no shipment update. While this was happening, i have been trying to contact Medical-secure.com via sms, website contact page & email on the authenticity of the purchased item and also delivery update but to no avail. There was no reply after numerous emails.

Ordered surgical masks and paid in full via Paypal. A confirmation email arrived from the company with confirmed purchase and a tracking number that was linked to a page with no additional information. After trying to contact the company via their email with no success I read other reviews that there were others with the same buyer experience. This company is a complete fraud. It's been 2 weeks and there is no contact or reply from the company on my order.

I bought a hundred N95 masks for $350.

Two days later, they sent an email that they shipped the items. But there was no tracking info. It’s been 10 days and no one is answering my emails.

I have checked this medical-secure.com and they change their products& price every day. The pictures of masks were totally different from what I bought.

I googled there site to see if they are scam, obviously they are. There are many people just like me. Beware, they are total scam.
