Confido RCM identifies itself as a medical credentialling agency. The role is to serve as a management company to register physicians, medical providers and medical companies with medical insurance companies. The business works through phone calls and texts and psuedonyms instead of real names. The medical provider pays money up front and provides personal identifiable information, which Confido is supposed to use to register the provider with numerous medical insurance companies. The company uses this information to make flawed applications. Confido will not register the provider properly and will make claims the provider is credentialled with insurance companies. When the provider checks with the various insurance company they will find out they are not credentialled and Confido did not go through the proper process. This compound matters, because Confido's actions cause the provider to lose time in the credentialling process. Further, when the provider reaches out to Confido- they will give the provider numerous excuses why the credentialling was rejected or demand the rejection letter from the insurance company- which is part of their process to do. Confido is paid to keep in contact with the various insurance comapnies and follow up with applications and they do not. Do not use this company as a credentialling company.
