This business put a claim to my medical insurance, Cigna, for prosthetics and services. I do not even live in the state (FL) where these services allegedly happened. Their number does not work and there is no way to contact them.

Sunny and Recovery filed a $12,000 claim with my company's insurance carrier (Cigna) for medical equipment. This claim was completely bogus and was reported as insurance fraud.
