I was contacted stating my name and phone number (cell phone) were given to a company called Medical Healthcare Center. Supposedly this company was given my information based on a survey for which I was informed either myself, a family member or a friend filled out on my behalf. The survey was to see if I was eligible to receive compensation due to surgery which could result in future damages. The company called me on multiple days to verify information. When I informed them no such survey had ever been filled out by me, any of my family members, or any friends, I was then informed that they received my name and number based on surveys filled out by medical specialists and my pharmacists. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. I was transferred on multiple occasions. Not once did I speak with anybody who spoke without a foreign accent (middle eastern). When I was finally given a contact number for a director, the number is constantly busy. When I typed in the name of the business and just the state, a red flag came up from the Florida BBB. Once I read that, it stated there had been several attempts made by the Florida ScamPulse.com to contact this company and the mail was returned as being undeliverable. They also had different phone numbers for the company. I have reported these incidents to the Florida ScamPulse.com as well. I just want this company to leave me alone and stop calling me.

I was told I was being transferred from Medical Healthcare Center to United Law Team out of Waltham, MA. When I checked the ScamPulse.com in Massachusetts there was no information listed about this law firm. I was informed I was speaking with the Senior Floor Manager named Ron Watson. He would not give me any information regarding how my information reached his office or how it was obtained by the Medical Healcare Center. When I informed him I wanted to speak with my attorney and law inforcement regarding these calls as I felt this was a scam, the call was disconnected. I was unable to reach anybody when trying to call back. I did however report the company to both the Florida and Massachusetts ScamPulse.com as well. I just want these calls to stop and to prevent anybody from falling for these scammers who are not out to help anybody but themselves.
