We are a medical office. He initially called with one of our patient's names stating she wants his company to provide her with medical equipment; accent hard to understand; I told him I would check into it but I didn't know anything about it and he said "you nice lady"; He said to have doctor sign the prescription and send it back right away; I phoned the patient and she said he's been harrassing her; she gets her equipment from another company; she's been hanging up on his calls; He phoned me asking again for the information a couple days later; At first the phone rang 4 different times with numbers from Lorton VA, Skaneateles NY, Zingo Telecom L, Omaha NE and when I finally got a response he said "why I call and you hang up and hang up"; He told me the patient requested him to call us and I told him the patient wasn't interested and he said "you lying"; He again wanted me to sign something or the doctor to sign and I told him we aren't going to sign anything; I told him I'd like his phone number to report him for harrassment and he wouldn't give it to me. I finally ended up hanging up on him.
