This was a “yes scam” call. Robo call, said his name was Spencer and he asked if I could hear him okay? I said yes I can hear you— normally I say “can you hear me?”. Well, my mind was elsewhere when I got the call and didn’t think before I spoke. Beware!

Person said, "Our records show that you have a medical condition. You are suffering from shoulder and back pain. Can you hear me?" I responded, "Yes". And then hung up realizing that it was a scammer.

Caller claimed he was with a medical company, stated the phone call was being recorded and asked "Can you hear me okay?" I hung up without answering his question.
