Caller claimed past due balance on labs from 2023 and they were the collection agency. Caller also used an additional phone number 531-268-0459. After arguing with the first caller the second call threatened court action and fees on top of medical lab claims. Caller claimed they had sent multiple collection requests by mail and by phone that were ignored. They were vague on who the labs were through. At the time I was busy and told them it was a scam that both of us were aware of. Told them if they were legit to call the next day in the morning to allow us time to check our records. The next day no phone call was received.
