They called me about a debt from 2014 and i asked questions aboit the name of yhe loan how much and they said they was taking me to cournt for defrauding the company to not pay the money i owed. They had information onme like home address, my old job back in 2008 and said it was 2014. They had the car i drive now on file with them. They said i could set of payments to be made for $540 which was the lowest they would go for this debt. Then they kept using this the court system against me. I finally gave in and said ill pay in payments. I have been scammed before like this. So, when they couldn't provide me the documents to sign after i gave them my Credit Card #. I tried calling back to get the documents resent 3 times. So, i never sign the papers and i received them at 10pm on 5-1-2025.

I called my back to cancel the payment and the future payments because of fraud and scammers.

They really upset me at work and i have lost $1000's to people like this, saying that they are a legitimate company.

I read about someone went through the same and that is why im writing tonight.

I have not signed the documents and be put in this situation again with them.

The name of the guy was Bill Cummingham. The was a local number and a 1-844 number he used.

Please, look into this company called Empire Capit fl fl. Thats the name on my bank statement.

On Wednesday May 29, a lady named Carl James contact my brother and my father saying I use them as reference. I ask my father about the phone number, my father provide me the phone number 386-382-9570 and that lady answer the call. She say she is trying to collect money from a customer EZ Corp/EZ Money. She also mention the amount I owe is over $4.000 from a loan back in 2016 ( I didn’t have no loan ) she say also the company mention about is agreed to settle for the amount of $900 and if I don’t agreed the will take me to court. Also they ask for a credit or debit card for deduct monthly payment. Also they send me a email for me to do a esign. Numbers use are the following; 386-382-9570 833-947-4374 ext 103. 833-498-1287

I got the same number 386-382-9570 saying same thing...has all our info and says we owe a loan debt from 15 years ago. We never had one. The guy was even rude when I told him he was a scam and he told me multiple times to shut my mouth and shut my [censored]mouth. I said right there a legit company or customer service wouldnt talk to someone that way. He responded we arent customer service. I then said I looked up your number and it says robo call scam. He replied internet lies. He said how do I have all your info...I replied any scam artist can get that. They wont stop calling me and my family. Harrassment. Its sad there are people like this in the world.

I spoke with Lilly Garrison and was told that I owe EZ Money. Corporation $800 plus taxes, totaling $1180 for a check that I wrote on September 20th 2011. I informed her that I had no knowledge of that check. She then went on to say that the check was written from Wells Fargo, which is my bank. I gave her information that I was on bankruptcy during that time. I did not hear from her that day but called again today and she pressured me by saying we will take you to court for writing bad checks. Yes, because of that pressure I gave valuable information such as my name, bank account information email address and phone number. And also esigned a document stating. I would pay them $25 beginning tomorrow 12/8/23 and the 17th of every month thereafter for $84.12. This was a targeted fishing scam by account recovery for easy money corporation. I have blocked any and all payments for them+
