Received an email from Davis Davis associates for a payday loan that was supposed to been taken out years ago. If you received anything from them dealing with Mycashnow payday loan it is a scam. They do not have a office in Jacksonville Fl. I spoke with their headquarters to verify their location. Do not answer the calls or email it is a scam! Then the people was smart enough to get my cell phone number and text me stating “You have a PAST DUE account in our office. Contact us NOW To STOP potential Legal Action. (402) 300-8111” This woman named Renee Edward tried to get me to pay 399 for the loan Mycashnow and threaten me that they have my IP address where it was done and pulled an address that I use to stay at many, many years ago. She stated the Advance America are the lender who has multiple entities(small loan companies) under them that they lend money to. And it was sent back them. I politely told her I’ll call her back. I went through my email and never received an approval for a loan from this company. All my loans are paid in full. After researching I see a lot of people has been scammed by these people. I don’t know how they got my new number or email address just be careful.

Received a call stating there's a pending legal matter against me and that they needed to verify my name and ss#. When I called back, they would not answer any questions unless verified my info. For some reason, they seem to have general information about me. Name, dob, address, etc.

This phone number called me and left me a voicemail stating they had a complaint filed against me and that I needed to call immediately. I did call to inquire. They were very rude and did have some personal information. They stated I had a My Cash Now loan in 2013 then close my bank account and asked who my lawyer was. I said this must be a scam or fraudulent and they said "oh okay, then we'll just call Massachusetts". I asked there name and organization and they hung up. I called back 3 times and they said ple[censored]d. I then called back and said I was calling the police and they say " whatever" I am completely shaken. Especially since they did have some personal information. I began this process as a complaint and there information was not found on the BBB website.

A call from this number came to my son and my husbands cell phone looking for my son saying they were calling about a bank fraud that he was involved in and that he had better get an attorney because he was going to be arrested tomorrow morning. They asked my husband for his last 4 of his social which we didn't give them, but when my son said they called him, they already knew his last four and had his old address. He is so freaked out he actually left to go to his attorney's office.
