I haven’t been able to get ahold of them every since I payed the 9.00 dollars for vip membership,I’ve sent them many,many,many e mails and haven’t recived any feedback from them they alway say there processing it but way way way back,and another web site that I believe is associated with mediaboxhd is Trarkt tv which I payed them 30.00 dollars I did sign up for what I thought was a payment for 2.50 dollars I installed it and then decided I didn’t want so l deleted it but they still took my 30.00 I really believe there both are I cohorts with each other both from china
