I received an email from [email protected]. There wasn an invoice indicating I would be charged for a year of Norton 360 for $242.79 on an automatic debit and I have never had Norton 360 before. I had, had Lifelock. I think they are trying to capitalize on the fact that Norton and LIfelock merged several months ago. I called them at 1-855-908-1376 and discussed this and they said they could take it off of the account and I said just go ahead and do it. They said no, no you have to have the part of our company that deals with reimbursements on that. They had me put in this code and then a page came up with four blanks for name, address, phone number, email address. I entered my name and then the rest autopopulated including my email. Then the other guy came on and said we could reimuburse you - we will have to do an automatic credit through your bank and I said that would be fine to do that if you have access. They wanted to know the code and I said this cannot be right and I will not give you the code number and I am calling the BBB. Once I got off the phone, the screen went blue with nothing else on it except for the words do no turn your computer off. I turned off the computer and I called my technical person and he said to unplug it too. I believe they are trying to call back on the 786 numbers.
