I saw an advertisement on TV for a Ninja Foodi Grill for $99.99. I believe it was a Hallmark or Lifetime movie channel. I used the website provided and ordered the grill and paid with a credit card. A few minutes later an e-mail with the order conformation arrived and said the item will be shipped soon. I had the Corona virus and lost keeping track of the order for a while. This week I decided I had not received the order and started checking. Neither the website or the e-mail site were working or functional, nor have I received the product. The credit card has paid the charges. I have contacted the credit card company and have disputed the charge. So here I am requesting an investigation.
