I ordered free bracelets, just paid shipping. The link in their email to track the package just gives message "No data" The other link to track pulls up in my phone and is a nonworking phone number. I contacted them via email. They apologized I didn't receive my order and asked if I wanted them to resend it. Then after stating it was reshipped they said they don't send replacements. Said to check with an actual tracking number and said it was delivered. I did not receive either order. I was home the day they say it was delivered and received no package from them. They said they were resending but it has been almost another month and I have not received the second shipment either. They do not intend to send me this set of bracelets, that is obvious. One representative tells you one thing and the next representative tells you a different story. They received my payment. I received nothing.
