Meallife

There is a new company popping up in the Edmonton/Fort Murray area that calls itself meal life. What it is is a home delivery meal company.

I have been approached about buying into the company for $1500. You get a leadership package. Which is the equivalent to Pepsi saying "you can sell our pop but you need to pay us $1500". You receive nothing for your $1500 except the opportunity to scam other people out of their $1500.

There are more and more people appearing on social media claiming to be representatives of the company but they are only focused on signing up more leadership kits to the tune of $1500.

I said I'm not interested to the person that tried to recruit me but I was interested in buying some meals. This person had no interest in selling meals. And from what I have come to understand NONE of the reps are at all interested in selling the actual product.

It is the text book definition of a pyramid scheme and whenever the well is drained because the reps have saturated the market with all these "leaders", who are not one bit interested in selling the actual product, the people at the top of the pyramid will shut it down and walk away with all the $1500 payments they collected and theres nothing anyone can do about it.

I know two friends that have already bought in and they openly admit its a scam.

I hope there is something that can be done as it is a dishonest business model and it takes advantage of people.
