This company called claiming I took a loan out in 2013 because I was on unemployment. Both are false, I was not on unemployment nor did I take a loan out. Also they used the last four digits of my social security number and my full name. They claimed that their client was willing to settle with me before this account escalates and I am served with civil papers. I called them back to find out what the issue was and made them aware that I never sought a loan nor was I on unemployment, the lady became very indigent and told me I had to pay the settlement or I was going to be served with papers outside of my county at either my home or place of business. She also told me that I had to have two forms of id to sign for my documents or if they served me at my current job my employer would have to sign. This phone number 484-709-8307 is not associated with anything when I looked them up online.
