On June 14, 2023, my Mdrnized order #1706 was reported as "on the way." On July 12, 2023, I reported that the order was delivered to the incorrect address, which I had tracked via the Routing app. After multiple emails and chats with their customer service, I was finally able to get ahold of a rep on July 27, 2023. The rep provided a 100% discount code to repurchase the items. I immediately used this code and placed the reorder - new order #1853. This order never arrived. I reached out to their team via email on August 27, 2023, October 18, 2023 and October 28, 2023 - to which they told me to contact them via chat on their website. I initiated a chat via their website, which they never responded to. I am eager to receive a refund in full for this 2x unfulfilled orders totaling $200.
