I placed an order in July 2020. I have been in email contact with the company monthly since then. Somebody named “Veronica” continues to tell me that COVID-19 has delayed my shipment. And now they have stopped communicating all together. This is a total scam, and Instagram should be more vigilant and who they let Cell on their site, and MDRN in sculptures should be held accountable.

Here is their canned response.

Currently we are working on shipping orders every day!
Due to COVID-19 and our recent sale we have been experiencing higher volume and that has subsequently slowed down our fulfillment process.

Rest assured your order will be fulfilled when your order comes around to our team, all our order fulfillment is done though numerical order based on the date the order was placed.

I purchased online in August 2020, and they keep delaying and never refund my money. these people should be held accountable. and would be checked before they have been allowed on any platform.

they should be prosecuted. Karma is a b[censored].

Credit card was no help because the transaction happened months ago. They were smart/evil enough to come up with "delays in shipping" to lengthen the time when the transaction took place.

These clowns took my money and told me for 2 months they were short staffed because of the pandemic. After a request for a refund they completely cut off all communication. I did leave my phone number in the final email I sent them. About an hour later I received a call from a blocked number, when I answered the person told me they were with MDRN and that I should kill myself. They hung up immediately after. That confirmed what I already knew, total losers running a scam company.
I'm out $75 and the whole thing is a scam.

I tried ordering a product off the "company" website since I saw an add on their sculptures being "up to 70% off" So I thought it would be a good time to buy one. I proceeded to visit their website which almost look professional to the normal person. But it screams scam after a closer review, no address, no telephone number etc. After paying with my credit card, I waited a month with no package and no e-mail stating my shipping and tracking. I then emailed them which they replied my order was going to be shipped soon due to covid. after a month... I tried to be patient and thought that maybe to actually be true. My order number from the assuming fake email they sent said that my order was # 1604, I let them know that I had placed my order on June 30th. Again, weeks go by and nothing. I finally email once last time stating I fully wanted my money back in full return, That I did not want the product no longer. He replied with another excuse about being short handed on workers and dead lines. Not once did he respect of acknowledge that I even asked for a refund. After doing more reviews I found multiple similar complaints against this VERY same company. They use to go nby the name MDRN Studios and MDRN Sculptures, Now its MDRN Collectors, seems they make a new proxy site after the old ones are exposed. I would like everyone to be weary and stay away from sending this scam artist any type of money thinking you are sending it to a legitimate business.
