Friday April 17, 2020 @3:18, this guy called from a Catonsville, MD (410-869-0100) number saying he was from MD Healthcare, the call was very crackly. We went back and forth checking for hear ability. Later when i asked where he was calling from, he slipped and said Bluecross and Blueshield. He said that due to to Corona Virus policy changes were being made and that i would to get new card mailed out to me. The red flags were up already, but then e asked for my Dr.s info, and other personal questions that quite frankly, any healthcare provider would already have. So i pretended that i couldn't hear him numerous times in the conversation; he got frustrated and hung up after 10 minutes of this! When he called right back @3:29, and this time from a Maine number (207-831-6578).... He said "hello" multiple times, and again I pretended to have trouble hearing him. Finally, I said, 'Hello, who is this', he replied, "This is the same guy, I just talked to you." He was persistently asking me to state my name, and "Please say "Blue cross and Blueshield," but I refused. When I told him I didn't feel comfortable because there was too many scams going around. He then chuckled/laughed and said, "Ma'me I'm only trying to help you, if dont want it then fine, and he hung up. Two minutes later he called back from the same Maine number, but i didn't answer.
