This company sent various letters in the mail to my home for me to send them $950 plus interest and fees totaling $1,049.75. I’ve never heard of this company nor have I signed or have documentation stating I owe this company any money. I reached out the the Maryland Treasury department as well at the assessment office and they werent aware of such business that collect fees for the city. I did more research and found that this company is tied to a Gina M. DeStefano under this ID W07928377. I also reached out to my title company and they weren’t aware of these fees.
