I received a phone call from MCO LLC out of Miami, Florida; telephone 844-279-7431 the operator threaten legal action for an unpaid loan of $400 due to Kingston Marketing, they also threatened to serve me at my place of employment, I was in breach of contract, etc. The said loan was allegedly a "pay day loan" taken on the 25th of April of 2013, the amount was then deposited to a Wells Fargo bank account, I do not have a bank account with Wells Fargo. I have no recollection or records because I NEVER took out a loan with such Kingston Marketing. I asked them to cease and desist calling me because this is a bogus claim. I am ready to go to court if they continue to harass me. The concerning thing for me is that they might have my personal information.
