I have been working with this company for over a year to review and submit my taxes. This person, Lance McNeil has done absolutely nothing but to delay progress and charge me ridiculous amounts solely for his own personal gains. Whenever you ask for clarifications he will ignore your texts, emails calls etc. When it comes to things regarding money, communication is key. This person has made insults towards me and has hung up in my face whenever I confronted him with the status of my taxes being submitted. To top it off I have already paid $1000 to him towards my taxes and is now requesting another $2000. FOR WHAT? I would hate for anyone else to experience something so evil and manipulative.
