They then say the husband died of covid and they moved to Wisconsin from Texas to start a new life. The boat is 15-20k under fair value. They claim the boat is in escrow. They want a wire transfer and then theyll ship it to your address and you have 4-5 days to review and boat and accept it or send it back.
If you do a title search it belongs to a different individual, and on linked in i reached out. He owns the boat, he is not selling. He is alive.
I called the trucking/escrow company and said i want to fly in to see it and asked for the address of the boat. As soon as I said I want to see it, they hung up and dodged every call from that point forward.
