After calling the number I was told my computer needed to be scanned for the problems. They were able to access all my information by using a trojan horse. I was unable to use my computer for 8 hours because of the attack. My online banking and other apps were scanned. I found the next day my Sam's club had been used for the purchase of egift cards. The money was taken from my banking account. Sam's will not refund or cancel the purchases.
My online banking and all other apps are now closed. I kept getting calls that wanted me to open access again, which i declined. The email i listed for the scammer is my email address.
