Purchased a piece of equipment online, talked with the guy on the phone, He sent pictures and a video. They sent by email the purchase agreement, Invoice with wire info and updates on the process. but it has been sitting in the shipping state since and now i can not log in to the account I setup and now will not answer the phone.

Bid on excavator online and was notified that I won the bid a few days later. They had me sign a contract and sent the signed contract along with an invoice to be paid thru a wire transfer to Wells Fargo bank in Denver Co. After a few more days it entered a processing period then it entered the shipping process which lasted a few more days. Then it went into a shipping process for a few more days then to a in transit. They provided a tracking which showed where it was at. Of course mine was the last stop on the tracking which I now see as a stall tactic to make sure they stop your money. My $13,301 excavator was never delivered. Do not attempt to buy from this or any online auction site.
