These documents are being prepared to be served to you on Friday, December 15 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM at the address of [HOME ADDRESS].
If any changes need to be made to the time, date, or location of service it is imperative that you contact the firm directly at 888-474-8452. Please reference file number [XXXXXX].
Now, please be advised that this is a time-sensitive issue, and it does require your immediate attention. Once again, that number to the firm is 888-474-8452.”
When I called the 720 phone number, it went straight to a voicemail with no outbound identifiers.
When I called the 888 number, Kevin Williams answered saying he is with the McDowell Halbert civil litigation law firm and transferred me to Gayle who would not provide me with any information about this case unless I gave her my Personal Identifying Information (PII) over the phone. When I refused, she disconnected the call.
If this is like the half-dozen or so other calls I have received like this over the last couple of years, no Process Server is going to show up tomorrow, and I work 100% remotely; I will be here with my Ring Cams seeing nobody show up. Ever.
