I placed an order on June 17th. I sent three emails to [email protected] regarding the tracking and nobody responded. Their website indicates to download the Shop app for tracking. The order appeared "Shipped" on the application for about two weeks. As of today, it no longer appears on the app and I have not received my order.

I saw an ad on Instagram advertising clothing with the company Mccoyn. I went to their website and ordered some clothes for myself. I checked to make sure they had a refund policy before I ordered. I placed the order and became concerned when the goods did not come within a few weeks. I sent an email to the contact on their website page. I got no response. I waited a few days and sent another email. No response. Eventually, after a month, the clothing arrived in a bag that was very thin and slightly torn. I received the clothing but they were cheaply made and did not fit - at all.

I followed the procedures on their website for return. It asked that I write to the email address listed for return shipping label which would start process for refund. I wrote and received no response. I then followed that up with another email, and another email, and another email, and another email. Still no response.

I would like my money back or a full refund. I would also like others to know about this website so that they are not scammed like me.
