I purchased a soft wear that ws supoosed to protect me from hackers, today they reached out to me and let me know that their soft ware was no good and that they. were giong to uninstall the program and that I would receive my refund for 900.00 when they went to the screen to set up the refund I was to put 10 700.00 then 200.00 when I put in the 700.00 it showed that it was 7000.00.

From there they told me because it was the wrong amount that their bank account was frozen. What they instructed me to do was go to my bank and withdraw the money and go to a store that had a bit coin machine and put in. From there they need to have the rest in gift cards of 500.00 to total 2000.00. When I checked my account the 4000.00 was takem out of my savings account and I had to use the rest on my credit card to get the rest of the 7000.00 Their numger that they called me was 1-707-735-2167 which is in Geyserville Ca. The name of the company is N Solutions/ Anydesk. Thanks
