I called to request a refund for cancelling my auto- renewal for McAfee. The person on the phone didn't ask me my name or phone number and said he would get his supervisor to call me back and hung up the phone. I immediately called back and the same guy answer telling me why did I call back and I should wait. He then proceeded to be dismissive and condescending on the phone. I hung up the phone and called back one hour later and another person tried to get me to download a suspicious app on my computer. I immediately told them I had technical issues and would call back later.
