Upon research by 'Marvin' with McAfee, this was for an antivirus renewal subscription which I never authorized. He further shared that this was from a subscription I had had many years ago (probably 2009) through an old, inactive e-mail address (inactive since 2012) for a *** computer I have not had since 2012. I did not have a customer account.
I made it clear that I DO NOT USE MCAFEE and have no desire to use them. I received an email from the McAfee Team dated 11/24/2015 at 4:38 PM that they were refunding this money with confirmation #***. The case reference number they gave me was #***. It has not been refunded yet and they advised it may take 5 day for the electronic reimbursement to be completed. We will see.
