Text message generated from 2173503863. Other number was Customer Service number provided on message. Rep asked me to access and download a 'Refund Request' which I refused to do. He had me attempt a number of sites. All contained downloads. I asked to speak to a supervisor who could tell me who made the request. He said one would call me back, which didn't happen. I called McAfee and they confirmed I don't have an account to be charged for.
