I recieved an email saying my mcafee subscription was being renewed for 149.99. I called number to cancel, Spoke with Daniel and had me fill out information for refund. He then said the money has to back through a BBB account and had me fill a form on a s BBB website. As I put in the figure of 50 a second later an extra 0 was added to make %00. So now I am told I have to go to alocal store and buy $ 500 dollars worth of gift cards to pay back through BBB.. Then I get a letter supposedly from BBB that nowsays there was warrent for fraudulent attempt to take $500.00. I told this per son I believe you are a scam and I am reporting to my bank. I checked my bank and they said my account was not touched and was a scam.
