The MBGRAM website looks like a legitimate website. They also have a YouTube and Instagram page. I purchased 4 Toyo Tires for $605.34 USD off of the website with my bank debit card. The site seemed like it is a real site. I was contacted by email after the purchase with an order number and message stating I’d be notified when the product shipped. I ordered the tires on 04/05/2023. I did not receive any updates after a week so I emailed customer support at [email protected]. I was contacted with an email stating the items would be sent this week and a tracking number would be provided by email. I waited again and nothing happened. I emailed the customer support back and received the same response. I then canceled my order and requested a refund. A separate email was sent stating my order was canceled and refunded. I have not been refunded and customer service will not respond back to my emails. You cannot get through on the phone number provided. You just sit on hold for about 20 minutes.

Will never ship product always say will ship and will send tracking but never do

I ordered a MSD box in Jan. 2023. I have emailed the company 6 times and tried calling 5 times. I keep getting emails back that I will receive my package by the end of the week, but never do. No one has ever answered my phone call. I sat on the phone one day for 45 min. before a recording came on saying Thank you for your call, Good By.

I bought a car part 10/26/2022 from the website and got approved for the loan, the second morning i realized i do not need the car part and i called the company on 10/27/2022 to cancel the order and they said it have to be done using email, so i write an email and canceled the order and they told me refund will process in 5 to 7 business days, so i waited and never got the refund and kept contacting them and their response was that they will let someone form the customer servicer call me or email me and never seen that email or call , so i called affirms my loan company and explained everything to them and filled dispute with them and i still having problem because they still want me to make payment for the order i have cancel almost 5 months ago

I ordered auto parts thru mbgram.com in the amount of $1432.76 . I never received the the parts and they will not refund my money. MBGram is a fake company. Do not order anything from them.

I purchased a truck mat from them and they sent the wrong item. We agreed to have it returned and they would issue a refund. They never did. For a month I've been going back and forth with them (they received my return) and nobody is willing to complete the refund. They just update the case by referring me to the next agent.
