On 10/03/2023 at 1:20 PM (approximately), I received a call and the lady had a thick accent and a child was making noise in the back ground. I she kept telling me about my consultation. I am not expecting any kind of consultation. She said she was with Mazuma USA and she was with incfile. The child was making to much noise and she hung up. Then she sent a message that stated, "Hi, my name is Jen. I am from Mazuma USA, a partner of incfile. This is for your free Business Tax Consultation that is part of your package with incfile when you registered your business. You will be speaking with a specific Small Business Accounting Consultant and it's a 30 minute high-value consultation that will substantially help your business succeed and avoid tax/accounting issues. Are you available sometime this week between Wednesday-Friday? What time works best for you?" I have no idea what this person is talking about. I have not started a business, at least not that I know of. Please look into this.
