This company said that u was approve for a loan and ask me to send money to them,than they was going to send me my loan in about 2-3 hours about this day am still waiting and also I want to the address and is not no longer there

I was told that I was approved for $8000 at a reasonable rate for 60 months. They sent an email with a legitimate contract explaining terms and conditions and number looked real. They exclaimed that $1400 was needed as collateral because of my bad credit. Took the money and then no loan was sent. Called back to get a refund and I was told it would take 14-30 days and no one was able to tell the trace of my refund or where it was sent to. Avoid this scam by all means.

These people continue to request more money each time you have sent some in. It was a cash collateral loan that has you pay 3 months payments in advance. Then when you think you are good, you have to purchase an insurance policy. Then when all thay is done, and you specifically asks of there were more payments that had to be made, you are told no and that you would have your loan deposited within 2 hours. You call back and they say they are still processing the payment. So you wait another 2 hours and they dont answer. You reach customer service who informs you that you now have taxes to pay on the insurance policy. I simply ask of he works in a legit business. He says yes, but I have my doubts about that. I told him that I had given them way too much money. If I had that kimd of money, I wouldnt need a loan. I also said that I felt as if I were goving them a loan. He said he would start the process of a refund that I will get a certified check in 14 days. I said give me my refund. There is no doubt that I will never see my money. This company is a scam and anyone thinking of usong them needs to think again. They will rip you off.

Lesson learned the hard way.

I received a call from Ian Graham from Maywood Financing from number 1-844-300-6836 ext 209. I spoke to him and advised that the loan was already approved. They offered liability insurance of $1500, down payment of 3 months which equaled to 574.00 sent to Ontario CN and the financing director Upton will collect it and call me back.

I read the credit terms and agreement and even though it does state that a second review may be done, denying the loan, it was done after the money was sent. They also requested a car title or deed to a home. I Western Union the money to them on July 15th. The next thing I know I am being denied to same day. I lost a total of $608 and still have not gotten my money back. They stated that it could take up to 2 wks to 30 days via check. I just wanted to report this because I do think it's a scam and I am not taking this down until I see by check of $574.
