I received a priority envelope in the mail YPremium services. Enclosed was a check and a sheet of paper that said attention customer service evaluator. Upon looking at the check, the check is from Mayflower Medical Group Inc out of California and that's when I knew it was a scam I contacted the bank, the bank said that the account existed but it would not give me the company name. So I called Mayflower Medical Group to let them know that a check was written on their account and the office manager is to call me back tomorrow 9/23/2021
