I had the same experience. Ordered a Keurig for $69.99 and the order status I'd waiting fulfillment. Sent emails to customer service with no response.

I ordered a Keurig K200 single serve coffee maker Paid by Paypal. Then the order said awaiting fulfillment. Next day awaiting fulfillment. Then researched common phone numbers and name and another person said their payment went Paypal, they never received item or refund
