I contacted the vendor via his website, he is located in Arkansas and it all seems to be very official. The price I paid for the puppy I was purchasing was far less than most websites I’ve visited. Everything appeared to be legit until it came time for delivery and I received a call from Florida asking me to pay additional freight fees to ship the puppy, which is far more than the cost of the puppy but would be refunded to me upon delivery. I argued with the guy on the phone and told him I wasn’t paying anymore money and that is when he hung up on me.
