Opened an email to learn about ketofast. When I clicked to order the product the maxextract ad came up and I proceeded to place an order for ketofast but instead my order was placed through maxextract. Within moments I realized my mistake and sent email response to maxextract to cancel that order. After sometime, I received response from maxextract that the order could not be cancelled because it was already in process. I emailed them back that the shipment was not to be sent; response from them was that order had shipped. I responded that I would contact my bank to stop the payment. Their next email indicated that they were "willing" to return partial ( 1/3 ) payment. At that point I decided to contact ScamPulse.com and advised maxextract of my intentions.
