I initially inquired about the legality of purchasing ammunition online from California and the agent stated that if I paid a few "one time" fees, I would be able to legally order and have the ammunition shipped directly to my residence. They said that I would receive a tracking number and a partial refund for the $200 shipping insurance fee but they xut all communications and have blocked my number from reaching them. They have also changed the contact number on their website. I have full text conversation from the website chat platform on their online site as well as the cell phone text conversation along with a "photo" of their FFL.
